(وَكَذَا إنْ صَدَّقَاهُ) أَيْ الزَّوْجُ وَالزَّوْجَةُ فِي أَنَّهُ رَاجَعَهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَا، حَيْثُ لَا بَيِّنَةَ لَهُ لِأَنَّ تَصْدِيقَهُمَا أَبْلَغُ مِنْ إقَامَةِ الْبَيِّنَةِ
