(لَا) يَجُوزُ لَهُ نِكَاحُهَا (إنْ رَجَعَتْ) عَنْ إخْبَارِهَا بِذَلِكَ (قَبْلَ عَقْدٍ) عَلَيْهَا لِزَوَالِ الْخَبَرِ الْمُبِيحِ لَهُ (وَلَا يُقْبَلُ بَعْدَهُ) أَيْ الْعَقْدِ عَلَيْهَا

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(لا إن رجعت) عن إخبارها بذلك (قبل عقد) عليها، لأن الخبر المبيح للعقد قد زال فزالت الإباحة. (ولا يقبل) رجوعها (بعده) أي: بعد العقد، لتعلق حق الزوج بها.
