شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَا مُطَالَبَةَ لِوَلِيِّ) صَغِيرَةٍ أَوْ مَجْنُونَةٍ (وَ) لَا (سَيِّدِ) أَمَةٍ ; لِأَنَّ الْحَقَّ فِي الْوَطْءِ لِلزَّوْجَةِ دُونَ وَلِيِّهَا وَسَيِّدِهَا.
