(وَيُكْرَهُ دُعَاءُ أَحَدِهِمَا) أَيْ الزَّوْجَيْنِ (الْآخَرَ بِمَا يَخْتَصُّ بِذِي رَحِمٍ كَأَبِي وَأُمِّي وَأَخِي وَأُخْتِي) قَالَ أَحْمَدُ لَا يُعْجِبُنِي.

[فَصْلٌ وَيَصِحُّ الظِّهَارُ مِنْ كُلِّ زَوْجٍ يَصِحُّ طَلَاقُهُ] فَصْلٌ
