(وَ) يَنْقَطِعُ تَتَابُعٌ (بِفِطْرٍ) فِي أَثْنَاءِ الشَّهْرَيْنِ (بِلَا عُذْرٍ) وَلَوْ نَاسِيًا وُجُوبَ التَّتَابُعِ أَوْ ظَنَّ أَنَّهُ أَتَمَّ الشَّهْرَيْنِ كَمَا لَوْ ظَنَّ أَنَّ الْوَاجِبَ شَهْرٌ وَاحِدٌ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(و) ينقطع التتابع أيضا. (بفطر) في أثناء الشهرين (بلا عذر) ولو ناسيا لوجوب التتابع، أو ظنا أنه قد أتم الشهرين؛ لأنه أفطر لجهله. فقطع التتابع؛ كما لو ظن أن الواجب شهر واحد.
