شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَا عِدَّةَ فِي) نِكَاحٍ (بَاطِلٍ) مُجْمَعٍ عَلَى بُطْلَانِهِ كَمُعْتَدَّةٍ وَخَامِسَةٍ (إلَّا بِوَطْءٍ) ; لِأَنَّ وُجُودَ صُورَتِهِ كَعَدَمِهَا فَإِنْ وَطِئَ لَزِمَتْ الْعِدَّةُ كَالزَّانِيَةِ.
