شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) إنْ حَمَلَتْ (فِيهَا) أَيْ الْحَيْضَةِ (وَقَدْ مَلَكَهَا حَائِضًا فَكَذَلِكَ) أَيْ اسْتَبْرَأَتْ بِوَضْعِهِ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
