(وَيَحْنَثُ بِهِ) أَيْ شُرْبِ لَبَنٍ مَشُوبٍ مَعَ بَقَاءِ صِفَاتِهِ وَشُرْبِ لَبَنِ مَيْتَةٍ (مَنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَشْرَبُ لَبَنًا) ; لِأَنَّهُ لَبَنٌ.
