(وَلَا يَمْلِكُ) مَنْ أَعَفَّ بِسُرِّيَّةٍ (اسْتِرْجَاعَهَا مَعَ غَنَاءٍ) أَيْ الْفَقِيرِ كَالزَّكَاةِ وَلَا أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهُ أَمَةً
