(وَإِنْ قَالَ) جَانٍ (لَمْ أَقْصِدْ) بِذَلِكَ (قَتْلَهُ لَمْ يُصَدَّقْ) ; لِأَنَّهُ خِلَافُ ظَاهِرٍ.
