النهر الفائق'Umar Ibn Nujaym

(فتخدمه ويطؤها الزوج إن ظفر بها) أي: في أي زمان ومكان وقيده في (المحيط) بما إذا كانت فارغة عن خدمته حيث قال متى وجد وله إجبارهما على النكاح، ويسقط المهر بقتل السيد أمته قبل الوطء فرصة وفراغاً في خدمة المولى ليلاً ونهاراً يستمتع بها
