النهر الفائق'Umar Ibn Nujaym

(و) بوطء (امرأة) أجنبية (وجدت في فراشه) وقال: ظننتها زوجتي ولو كان أعمى إذ بطول الصحبة لا تشتبه عليه زوجته والأعمى عين بالحركات المألوفة إلا إذا دعاها فأجابته أجنبية قائلة: أنا زوجتك أو أنا فلانة فواقعها لأن الإخبار دليل وقيدوا بقولها لأنها لو أجابت بالفعل ولم تقل ذلك فواقعها وجب الحد كذا في (الإيضاح) وبأنا زوجتك ونحوه لأنها لو اقتصرت الجواب بنعم فوطئها حد، لأنه يمكن التمييز بأكثر من ذلك كذا في (الفتح)
