(قَوْلُهُ وَإِنْ رَجَعَا ضَمِنَتَا النِّصْفَ) لِبَقَاءِ نِصْفِ الْحَقِّ بِبَقَاءِ الرَّجُلِ وَلَوْ شَهِدَ رَجُلَانِ وَامْرَأَتَانِ فَرَجَعَ رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَةٌ فَعَلَيْهِمَا الرُّبُعُ أَثْلَاثًا وَإِنْ رَجَعَ رَجُلَانِ فَعَلَيْهِمَا النِّصْفُ وَإِنْ رَجَعَتْ امْرَأَتَانِ فَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِمَا (قَوْلُهُ وَإِنْ شَهِدَ رَجُلٌ وَعَشْرُ نِسْوَةٍ فَرَجَعَتْ ثَمَانٍ لَمْ يَضْمَنْ) أَيْ الثَّمَانِ لِبَقَاءِ النِّصَابِ
