(وَلَا يَمْلِكُ مُضَارِبٌ وَشَرِيكٌ شَيْئًا مِنْهُ) يَعْنِي لَا يَمْلِكُ تَزْوِيجَ الْأَمَةِ وَالْكِتَابَةَ؛ لِأَنَّهُمَا لَيْسَا مِنْ التِّجَارَةِ، وَقَدْ بَيَّنَّاهُ.
