(وَكُرِهَ إلْبَاسُ ذَهَبٍ وَحَرِيرٍ صَبِيًّا) لِأَنَّ التَّحْرِيمَ لَمَّا ثَبَتَ فِي حَقِّ الذُّكُورِ وَحَرُمَ اللُّبْسُ حَرُمَ الْإِلْبَاسُ كَالْخَمْرِ لَمَّا حَرُمَ شُرْبُهَا حَرُمَ سَقْيُهَا لِلصَّبِيِّ قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -

قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -: (وَكُرِهَ إلْبَاسُ ذَهَبٍ وَحَرِيرٍ صَبِيًّا) ؛ لِأَنَّ التَّحْرِيمَ لَمَّا ثَبَتَ فِي حَقِّ الذُّكُورِ وَحَرُمَ اللُّبْسُ حَرُمَ الْإِلْبَاسُ أَيْضًا كَالْخَمْرِ لَمَّا حَرُمَ شُرْبُهَا حَرُمَ سَقْيُهَا الصَّبِيَّ، وَكَذَا الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ.
