البحر الرائقIbn Nujaym

(وَاسْتِخْدَامُ الْخَصِيِّ) أَيْ يُكْرَهُ اسْتِخْدَامُهُ؛ لِأَنَّ فِيهِ تَحْرِيضَ النَّاسِ عَلَى الْخَصِيِّ وَهُوَ مُثْلَةٌ وَحَرَامٌ وَقَدْ نَهَى عَنْهُ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَقَدَّمْنَا شَيْئًا مِنْ أَحْكَامِهِ فِي الْكَلَامِ عَلَى خَصِيِّ الْبَهَائِمِ.

[وَالدُّعَاءُ بِمَعْقِدِ الْعِزِّ مِنْ عَرْشِك] قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -

قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -: (وَاسْتِخْدَامُ الْخَصِيِّ) أَيْ يُكْرَهُ اسْتِخْدَامُ الْخَصِيِّ؛ لِأَنَّ فِيهِ تَحْرِيضَ النَّاسِ عَلَى الْخِصَاءِ، وَهُوَ مُثْلَةٌ، وَقَدْ صَحَّ أَنَّهُ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - نَهَى عَنْهَا فَتَحْرُمُ.
