النهر الفائق'Umar Ibn Nujaym

(واستدبارها) لما أخرجه الستة: (إذا أتيتم وغلق باب المسجد والوطء فوقه والبول والتخلي لا فوق بيت فيه مسجد الغائط فلا تستقبلوا القبلة ولا تستدبروها ولكن شرقوا وغربوا) وهو بإطلاقه يعم الفضاء والبنيان ولا كلام في كراهة الاستقبال

أما الاستدبار فهو أصح الروايتين وثمة ثالثة وهي عدم كراهتها

وقيل: إن كان ذيله ساقطًا على الأرض فليس استقبالاً ولو كان رافعًا له قالوا: ينبغي أن يكون مكروهًا كذا في (البناية) .
