قال في (البحر) :ولو حذف هذا الشرط وزاد في الملك قيد التمام ليخرج من ملك المكاتب والمشتري قبل القبض لكان أوجز وأتم ولا يخفى أن في الاحتياج إلى الزيادة يفيد أن المطلق ينصرف إلى الكامل تأمل
