(قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ) : وَلَوْ أَصْبَحَ فِيهِ صَائِمًا مِنْ نَذْرٍ غَيْرِ هَذَا أَحْبَبْت أَنْ يَعُودَ لِصَوْمِهِ لِنَذْرِهِ وَيَعُودَ لِصَوْمِهِ لِقُدُومِ فُلَانٍ.
