(وَ) إنْ وَصَّى لَهُ (بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ بِنْتِهِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ سِوَاهَا ف) لِمُوصَى (لَهُ النِّصْفُ) ؛ لِأَنَّهَا تَأْخُذُ الْمَالَ كُلَّهُ بِالْفَرْضِ وَالرَّدِّ عَلَى الْمَذْهَبِ.
