(وَتَرِكَةُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ) - عَلَيْهِمْ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - (صَدَقَةٌ لَا إرْثَ) لِحَدِيثِ: «إنَّا مَعَاشِرَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ لَا نُورَثُ، مَا تَرَكْنَاهُ صَدَقَةٌ» . رَوَاهُ الشَّيْخَانِ.
