(وَقِيلَ يَحْرُمُ) وَطْؤُهَا (حَتَّى تُسْتَبْرَأَ لِيُعْلَمَ أَحَامِلٌ) هِيَ حِينَ مَوْتِ وَلَدِهَا فَيَرِثُ مِنْهُ حَمْلُهَا (أَوْ لَا) قَالَ أَحْمَدُ: يَكُفُّ عَنْ امْرَأَتِهِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُفَّ، فَجَاءَتْ بِهِ بَعْدَ سِتَّةِ أَشْهُرٍ، فَلَا أَدْرَى أَهْوَ أَخُوهُ أَوْ لَا. انْتَهَى.
