مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَحْرُمُ وَطْؤُهَا فِيهِ) ، أَيْ: فِي الدَّمِ الزَّائِدِ، أَيْ: زَمَنِهِ، الْمُجَاوِزِ لِأَقَلِّ الْحَيْضِ قَبْلَ تَكْرَارِهِ نَصًّا، لِأَنَّ الظَّاهِرَ أَنَّهُ حَيْضٌ، وَإِنَّمَا أَمَرْنَاهَا بِالْعِبَادَةِ احْتِيَاطًا لِبَرَاءَةِ ذِمَّتِهَا، فَتَعَيَّنَ تَرْكُ وَطْئِهَا احْتِيَاطًا.
