مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ) عَلَيْهِمَا فِي وَطْءٍ.

زَمَنَ حَيْضٍ مُجَاوِزٍ لِأَقَلِّهِ. (إلَّا إنْ تَكَرَّرَ) ثَلَاثًا.

إذْ تَكْرَارُهُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ حَيْضٌ يَقِينًا، فَتَجِبُ فِيهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ حِينَئِذٍ، صَحَّحَهُ فِي " الْإِنْصَافِ "" وَتَصْحِيحِ الْفُرُوعِ " وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
