(وَإِذَا مَاتَ ذِمِّيٌّ) أَوْ مُسْتَأْمَنٌ (لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ) وَلَا الْعَهْدِ وَلَا الْأَمَانِ (كَانَ مَالُهُ فَيْئًا) .
