مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ أَقَرَّ بَعْضُ وَرَثَةِ) مَيِّتٍ (بِزَوْجَةٍ لِلْمَيِّتِ فَلَهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةِ مِنْ التَّرِكَةِ (مَا زَادَ بِيَدِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُقِرِّ (عَنْ حِصَّتِهِ) كَمَا لَوْ مَاتَ رَجُلٌ عَنْ ابْنَيْنِ، فَأَقَرَّ أَحَدُهُمَا بِزَوْجَةٍ لِلْمَيِّتِ، وَأَنْكَرَ الْآخَرُ؛ فَلَهَا نِصْفُ ثُمْنِ التَّرِكَةِ مِمَّا بِيَدِ الْمُقِرِّ
