(فَلَوْ مَاتَ) الِابْنُ (الْمُنْكِرُ) لِلزَّوْجَةِ (فَأَقَرَّ ابْنُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُنْكِرُ (بِهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةِ (كَمُلَ إرْثُهَا) فَيَدْفَعُ لَهَا نِصْفَ الثُّمْنِ، فَيَكْمُلُ لَهَا الثُّمْنُ؛ لِاعْتِرَافِهِ بِظُلْمِ أَبِيهِ لَهَا بِإِنْكَارِهَا
