(وَسُنَّ عِتْقُ) مَنْ لَهُ كَسْبٌ وَدِينٌ، لِانْتِفَاعِهِ بِمِلْكِ كَسْبِهِ بِالْعِتْقِ (وَ) سُنَّ (كِتَابَةُ مَنْ لَهُ كَسْبٌ) وَدِينٌ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا} وَلِانْتِفَاعِهِ بِمِلْكِ كَسْبِهِ فِي الْعِتْقِ.
