(وَشُرِطَ لِصِحَّةِ عِتْقٍ كَوْنُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْعِتْقِ (مِنْ مَالِكٍ) أَوْ مَأْذُونٍ لَهُ (جَائِزِ التَّصَرُّفِ) وَهُوَ الْبَالِغُ الرَّشِيدُ.
