(وَإِنْ) قَالَ لِرَقِيقِهِ (إنْ أَقْرَرْت بِك لِزَيْدٍ فَأَنْتَ حُرٌّ قَبْلَهُ، فَأَقَرَّ بِهِ لَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: لِزَيْدٍ (صَحَّ إقْرَارُهُ) لَهُ (فَقَطْ) دُونَ الْعِتْقِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَنْفُذُ فِي مِلْكِ الْغَيْرِ بِلَا إذْنٍ
