(وَ) مَنْ قَالَ لِقِنِّهِ: (أَنْتَ حُرٌّ وَعَلَيْك أَلْفٌ) فَإِنَّهُ (يَعْتِقُ بِلَا شَيْءٍ) عَلَيْهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَعْتَقَهُ بِغَيْرِ شَرْطٍ، وَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ عِوَضًا لَمْ يَقْبَلْهُ، فَعَتَقَ، وَلَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ شَيْءٌ
