(وَإِنْ) لَمْ يَظْهَرْ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ وَ (لَمْ يُعْلَمْ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُمْ) ؛ أَيْ: السِّتَّةِ الَّذِينَ أَعْتَقَهُمْ، وَلَمْ تُجِزْ الْوَرَثَةُ عِتْقَ جَمِيعِهِمْ (عَتَقَ ثُلُثُهُمْ) فَقَطْ
