(وَلَا يُعِيدُ) مَنْ صَلَّى بِالتَّيَمُّمِ (نَحْوَ صَلَاةٍ) كَطَوَافٍ (لَوْ عَلِمَهُ) أَيْ: الطَّهُورَ (بَعْدَ) فَرَاغِهِ مِنْهَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ فَعَلَ مَا هُوَ مَأْمُورٌ بِهِ، كَمَنْ عَدِمَ الْمَاءَ وَصَلَّى بِالتَّيَمُّمِ، ثُمَّ وَجَدَ الْمَاءَ
