(وَمَا فَضَلَ بِيَدِ مُكَاتَبٍ) بَعْدَ أَدَاءِ مَا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ مَالِ الْكِتَابَةِ جَمِيعِهِ (فَ) هُوَ (لَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: لِلْمُكَاتَبِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهُ قَبْلَ عِتْقِهِ، فَبَقِيَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ.
