(وَيَتَّجِهُ: احْتِمَالٌ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَنْوِ) الْكَافِرَةُ الْمُكَلَّفَةُ بِاسْتِعْمَالِهَا رَفْعَ الْحَدَثِ فَلَا تُشْتَرَطُ نِيَّتُهَا؛ لِأَنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ مِنْ أَهْلِ النِّيَّةِ. وَهَذَا الِاتِّجَاهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ
