(وَلِمَالِكِ زَوْجَيْنِ بَيْعُهُمَا) مَعًا (أَوْ) بَيْعُ (أَحَدِهِمَا وَلَا فُرْقَةَ بِذَلِكَ) أَيْ: بِبَيْعِ السَّيِّدِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا أَثَرَ لَهُ فِي النِّكَاحِ.
