(وَيَتَّجِهُ:) صِحَّةُ ذَلِكَ (وَلَوْ لَمْ يُبَيِّنْ جِنْسَ الْخِيَاطَةِ) إذْ الْمَقْصُودُ مِنْهَا تَأَلُّفُ قِطَعِ الثَّوْبِ بِضَمِّ بَعْضِهِ إلَى بَعْضٍ عَلَى الْعَادَةِ، بِحَيْثُ تُجْعَلُ كُلُّ قِطْعَةٍ فِي مَحَلِّهَا،
