(وَلَوْ قِيلَ لَهُ) أَيْ: الْأَبِ (ابْنُك فَقِيرٌ مِنْ أَيْنَ يُؤْخَذُ الصَّدَاقُ؟ فَقَالَ: عِنْدِي، وَلَمْ يَزِدْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ، لَزِمَهُ) الْمَهْرُ عَنْهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ صَارَ ضَامِنًا.
