(وَلَا يُقْبَلُ قَوْلُهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةِ (أَنَّ مَا دَفَعَهُ) الزَّوْجُ إلَيْهَا مُدَّعِيًا أَنَّهُ صَدَاقٌ فَقَالَتْ: بَلْ دَفَعَهُ إلَيَّ (هِبَةً) فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِنِيَّتِهِ، وَمِثْلُهُ النَّفَقَةُ وَالْكِسْوَةُ
