(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَكَذَا) لَوْ اتَّفَقَا عَلَى مَهْرٍ، وَعَقَدَا (بِأَقَلَّ) مِمَّا اتَّفَقَا عَلَيْهِ تَسَتُّرًا، فَيُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ لَا يَنْقُصَهَا الزَّوْجُ مَا شَرَطَهُ لَهَا (وَيَفِي بِمَا وَعَدَ) لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ غَادِرًا، وَلِحَدِيثِ:«الْمُؤْمِنُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ» وَهُوَ مُتَّجَهٌ. [فَصْلٌ هَدِيَّةُ زَوْجٍ لَيْسَتْ مِنْ الْمَهْرِ] فَصْلٌ
