(وَمَا كَتَبَ فِيهِ الْمَهْرَ لَهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةِ سَوَاءٌ كَانَ الْمَكْتُوبُ فِيهِ ذَلِكَ لَوْحًا أَوْ قِطْعَةَ حَرِيرٍ أَوْ وَرَقٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ وَلَوْ طَلُقَتْ (قَالَ ذَلِكَ كُلَّهُ الشَّيْخُ) تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ: لِأَنَّ الْعَادَةَ أَخْذُهَا لِذَلِكَ.
