(وَلَهُ) أَيْ: السَّيِّدِ (السَّفَرُ بِعَبْدِهِ الْمُزَوَّجِ وَاسْتِخْدَامُهُ نَهَارًا) وَمَنْعُهُ مِنْ التَّكَسُّبِ؛ لِتَعَلُّقِ الْمَهْرِ وَالنَّفَقَةِ بِذِمَّةِ سَيِّدِهِ.
