(وَلَا يَلْزَمُ) زَوْجُ أَمَةٍ (لَوْ بَوَّأَهَا) أَيْ: هَيَّأَ لَهَا (سَيِّدُهَا مَسْكَنًا أَنْ يَأْتِيَهَا الزَّوْجُ فِيهِ) لِأَنَّ السَّكَنَ زَمَنُ حَقِّ الزَّوْجِ لَهُ، لَا لِسَيِّدِهَا كَالْحُرَّةِ.
