(وَإِنْ قَالَهُ) أَيْ: مَا تَقَدَّمَ (لِزَوْجَةٍ مُحَرَّمَةٍ بِحَيْضٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) كَنِفَاسٍ أَوْ إحْرَامٍ (وَنَوَى أَنَّهَا مُحَرَّمَةٌ بِهِ) أَيْ: الْحَيْضِ وَنَحْوِهِ (فَلَغْوٌ) لَا يَتَرَتَّبُ عَلَيْهِ حُكْمٌ؛ لِمُطَابِقَتِهِ الْوَاقِعَ
