(وَكَذَا دَعْوَى عِتْقِهِ) أَيْ: عِتْقِ رَقِيقٍ وُكِّلَ فِي بَيْعِهِ (بَعْدَ تَصَرُّفِ وَكِيلٍ) فَلَا يُقْبَلُ قَوْلُهُ (مَا لَمْ تَقُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ) لِتَشْهَدَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ رَجَعَ قَبْلَهُ
