(وَإِنْ حَلَفَ لِيَأْكُلْنَهَا) أَيْ: التَّمْرَةَ (فَاخْتَلَطَتْ) بِتَمْرٍ وَاشْتَبَهَتْ (لَمْ يَتَحَقَّقْ بِرُّهُ إلَّا بِأَكْلِ الْكُلِّ) أَيْ: كُلِّ التَّمْرِ الْمُخْتَلِطَةِ بِهِ لِمَا سَبَقَ.
