(فَ) لَوْ قَالَ: (أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ بِعَدَدِ مَا طَلَّقَ زَيْدٌ زَوْجَتَهُ، وَجَهِلَ) عَدَدَ مَا طَلَّقَ زَيْدٌ زَوْجَتَهُ (فَطَلْقَةٌ) وَاحِدَةٌ، لِأَنَّهَا الْمُتَيَقَّنَةُ، وَمَا زَادَ عَلَيْهَا مَشْكُوكٌ فِيهِ
