مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا يَطَأُ) أَيْ: يَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ وَطْءُ إحْدَاهُنَّ يَقِينًا، فَيُحْتَمَلُ أَنْ يُصَادِفَهَا (وَتَجِبُ النَّفَقَةُ) لِلزَّوْجَاتِ إلَى الْقُرْعَةِ، لِأَنَّهُنَّ مَحْبُوسَاتٌ لِحَقِّهِ فِي حُكْمِ الزَّوْجِيَّةِ.
