(وَيَتَّجِهُ هَذَا) أَيْ عَدَمُ إرْجَاعِهَا إلَيْهِ بَعْدَ التَّزَوُّجِ أَوْ حُكْمِ الْحَاكِمِ (إنْ ظَهَرَ) خُرُوجُ الْقُرْعَةِ لِوَاحِدَةٍ مُطَلَّقَةٍ غَيْرِهَا (بِتَذَكُّرِهِ) أَيْ: الزَّوْجِ، وَيَتَّجِهُ أَنَّهُ لَوْ كَانَ ظُهُورُ ذَلِكَ
