(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَكَذَا) لَا تُجْزِئُ (مَنْ) أَيْ: أَمَةٌ أَعْتَقَهَا سَيِّدُهَا وَ (جَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا) لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تَتَمَحَّضْ لِلْكَفَّارَةِ، وَقَوْلُهُ مُتَّجِهٌ.
